The Ferrari 308 was available in 7 different versions. In 1976, Ferrari introduced the GTB, a fiberglass two-seater with a 2-valve, 250 horsepower engine. A similar version was the GTS, produced in 1979. Also in '79, Ferrari built the GT 4, and in 1980 a redesigned GTB.

In 1982, Ferrari built the GTS i, a 2-valve, fuel-injected 214 horsepower model. Also in 1982 was GTB Quattro Valvole, a 4-valve that pushed 240 horsepower. The last model produced was the GTS i Quattro Valvole, a 4-valve, 240 horsepower.
